Maintenance Supervisor - Central Florida

Objective: 
To maintain the existing restaurants in such a way as to maximize their appearance, functionality, and efficiency of physical plant, décor, equipment, and store operations; to contribute to the overall profitability of the company by minimizing costs and maximizing productivity within the maintenance department.

Responsibilities:
 Schedule and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to maximize their efficiency in servicing the restaurants and other company buildings.
 Coordinate preventative maintenance of all restaurant refrigeration, ice machine, and HVAC equipment within an appropriate rotation schedule, replacing equipment when necessary.
 Maintain the necessary grease management schedules required by the individual municipalities.
 Work with government agencies and personnel that pertain to the repair and maintenance of the restaurants on an as-needed basis.
 Successfully complete the necessary maintenance of restaurants as outlined in the monthly Supervisor’s lists.
 Physically assist with any project or activities of the department on an as-needed basis.
 Coordinate the décor remodeling of select locations on an as-needed basis.
 Coordinate the ordering of supplies available exclusively through the Corporate Office or its vendors.
 Coordinate the ongoing training, education, and development of all members of the maintenance team.
 Perform all of the administrative functions tied to the maintenance team, including but not limited to, hiring, counseling, and termination.
 Work with local vendors and supply houses to maintain competitive pricing and quality parts needed for store repairs and maintenance.
 Coordinate outside vendors on an as-needed basis to perform projects outside of the scope of the department, insuring quality work and competitive pricing.
 Attend required meetings on an as needed basis.
 Maintain all company vehicles and tools in usable and safe condition, replace when necessary
 Job Requirements:
 5 + years of Maintenance / Facilities leadership experience (QSR / restaurant industry a plus)
 Must be HVAC certified in the state of Florida
 Trade certifications a plus
 Great customer service skills
 Great communication skills
 Operate with a high sense of urgency and a high level of professionalism

Compensation:
Yearly salary will be $50k-60k based on experience and skills. As a salaried-exempt position. Although compensation is not based on hours worked, a minimum of 45 hours per week is required in work-related activities.
