The following items are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives:
Chicken patty; Chicken strips; Omelet – regular and egg white; Steak; Meatball; Cucumber; Green pepper; Grilled onions & peppers; Lettuce; Onions; Tomatoes; Marinara; Mustard – deli brown; Oatmeal Raisin cookie; Sugar cookie; Yogurt Parfait; Bread; Deli Roll; Flatbread; Wrap.
Others products are being reviewed.
Where preservatives are necessary to maintain freshness, our first choice is to use natural-source preservatives wherever possible. In some cases, artificial preservatives are the only feasible option at this time. They are used in:
All sauces/toppings (except marinara and mustard); Banana Peppers; Jalapeño pepper slices; Pickles; Olives; Cured meats (bacon, salami, pepperoni, ham, bologna, cooked salami, luncheon loaf); Chicken teriyaki; Seafood Sensation; Tuna; Egg salad.
In our marketing materials, references to “preservatives” refer to artificial agents.
