What is Subway Rewards®?

It’s Subway®’s membership programme that gives you the ability to earn 10% back in Subway® Cash on every qualifying purchase. Your Subway® Cash can be used to get money off a subsequent purchase of anything on the Subway® menu.

How do I earn Subway® Cash?

You’ll earn 10% back in Subway® Cash for every pound/euro you spend on qualifying purchases, either when you place an order via the app to collect or when you scan your QR code in Subway® restaurants. Subway® Cash is not earned on taxes, fees, when purchasing a gift card or orders placed with third-party delivery partners.

How do I redeem Subway® Cash?

There are multiple ways to redeem Subway® Cash.

On mobile orders:

• Log into the Subway® App, go to 'Reward' and select the amount of Subway® Cash you want to redeem. Add your menu items and proceed to checkout.
• Log into the Subway® App, add your menu items and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process select ‘Redeem Subway® Cash’, select the amount of Subway® Cash you want to redeem and proceed to payment.

In restaurant:

• You can redeem in restaurant by opening the app, tap 'Scan at Restaurant', then select the amount of Subway® Cash you’d like to redeem toward your order. Hold your app QR code under the scanner to redeem Subway® Cash.
• Ask the Sandwich Artist to use your Subway® Cash at the till.
• Scan your app at the kiosk and select the amount of Subway® Cash you'd like to use when you check out.

Will my Subway® Cash expire?

All Subway® Cash is valid for six months from the date it was earned. You must use your Subway® Cash within these 6 months or it will expire and no longer be available. The expiration date for each allocation of Subway® Cash is shown in the History page within the Rewards section of the app.

Is there a limit to the amount of Subway® Cash I can earn?

Yes. You can hold up to £50/€50 in Subway® Cash at any one time. Once you reach the £50/€50 limit, you’ll pause earning until either you redeem some of your balance or some Subway® Cash expires. After your balance drops below the limit, you’ll start earning again on your next purchase.
