It’s Subway®’s membership programme that gives you the ability to earn points with every qualifying order. When you make orders with your Subway Rewards® account, you'll earn points that you can convert into Subway® Cash that can be used towards anything on the Subway® menu. With three membership levels – Rising Star, Hot Shot and The Boss - that award higher points and unlock extra benefits as you level up. Ready to boss it?

You’ll earn points for every euro you spend on qualifying purchases, either when you place an order via the app to collect or when you scan your QR code in Subway® restaurants.

Subway Rewards® points are not earned on taxes, fees, or orders placed with third-party delivery partners.

Every 150 points you earn is redeemable for €1 Subway® Cash.

Rising Star members earn 10 points per €1 spent on qualifying purchases, Hot Shot members earn 11 points per €1 spent on qualifying purchases, and The Boss members earn 12 points per €1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Subway Rewards® points are not earned on taxes, fees, or orders placed with third-party delivery partners.

There are two ways to redeem points on mobile orders.

  • Log into the Subway® App, go to 'Reward' and select the amount of Subway® Cash you want to redeem. Add your menu items and proceed to checkout.
  • Log into the Subway® App, add your menu items and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process select ‘Redeem your points’, select the amount of Subway® Cash you want to redeem and proceed to payment.
You can also redeem in restaurant by opening the app, tap 'Scan at Restaurant', then select the amount of Subway® Cash you’d like to redeem toward your order. Hold your app QR code under the scanner to redeem Subway® Cash.

You get to keep all your points, as long as you make one qualifying Subway® order at least once every 6 months. If you do not, your points balance will expire and reset to zero. A qualifying order includes scanning your app at the checkout when making a purchase or redemption in-restaurant, alternatively logging into your app and placing a Subway® order.
