Our goal is to support all franchisees in building strong businesses that create opportunities for their teams. Our restaurant franchise model helps individuals own and operate their own business, contributing to local economies and employment.
We understand the importance of continuous learning. We provide on-going training and resources for Subway® franchisees and Sandwich Artists™, including virtual, hands-on, and in-restaurant experiences as well as access to University of Subway®.

Charity work
Subway® and its franchisees support a variety of community initiatives nationwide and in the areas where they operate. This can include events, partnering with charity organisations, or supporting local community causes.
