What do I get with my purchase?

Every qualifying meal purchase comes with a code that unlocks the exclusive Subterranean outfit plus one of three pre-assigned reward bundles. Each bundle includes an additional outfit with Subway® variant colors, plus two in-game rewards.

What is a qualifying purchase?

A “Qualifying Purchase” is any Subway® meal purchase (excluding Kids Meals) consisting of:

• One (1) Footlong or 6-inch sub, wrap, salad, or bowl;
• One (1) bag of chips OR two (2) cookies; and
• One (1) drink (any size; fountain or bottled)

Do I get to choose my reward set?

No — your set is assigned based on your allocated code. Rewards are not randomised, but you are not guaranteed to receive each reward bundle in sequential order in your first three code redemptions.

What’s in each bundle?

Each bundle contains one weapon and one support item, and the lineup changes every week — check the weekly schedule to see what each bundle contains right now. Over the duration of the program, each bundle cycles through different weapons and support items.

Can I get the same reward bundle twice?

Yes; you may receive the same reward bundle if your subsequent code redemption is pre-assigned an identical reward bundle to a prior redemption.

I already have the Subterranean outfit. What happens?

This is a one-time unlock – you will not receive duplicate copies of the Subterranean outfit upon future redemptions.

How do I redeem?

1. For Qualifying Purchases made through digital channels: Check your email inbox for a separate transactional email from Subway® containing your unique game code. For Qualifying Purchases made in-store: scan the QR code receipt and enter email address to receive your Code via email.
2. Go to ​​https://id.embark.games ​​on a web or mobile browser and log in with your Embark ID account.
3. Navigate to Settings > Redeem Code. If you don’t have an Embark ID, create one at https://id.embark.games first. An ARC Raiders game license is required (purchased separately).
4. Enter your unique Code and confirm redemption.
5. Launch ARC Raiders — your content will appear in your account. Allow up to 24 hours for items to appear.

Codes work once and must be redeemed by November 10, 2026.
