This Subway® Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by and remains the property of Subway Contractors B.V. or its successor or designee (“SCBV”). This Gift Card can be loaded with pounds sterling (£) and can be used to purchase eligible goods from participating Subway® restaurants in the United Kingdom. Minimum and maximum loads apply. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Subway® gift cards. Except where required by law, this Gift Card is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and no change will be given. This Gift Card can be used for part payment of eligible goods with a higher price than the Gift Card balance on payment of the difference. The Gift Card balance shall be valid for 12 months from the last load. Any balance remaining at the end of the validity period will expire automatically and be lost. This Gift Card is not a debit/credit card and should be treated with the same care as cash. SCBV is not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged. This does not affect your legal rights, including in relation to defective or misdescribed products. This Gift Card cannot be resold, transferred for value or used for commercial purposes. No service fees apply. Purchase, registration or use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of those terms and conditions. SCBV reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time.
