Each restaurant is solely and independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance, for any issues relating to the sale of products to you, and for any employment related matters pertaining to the restaurant.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time taking the interest of Subway into account. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site and, by accessing or using the Site after changes are posted, you agree to those changes.
