How To Participate
What is the Subway × FC Mobile promotion?
Purchase any item on the Subway® app or website and receive a unique game code via a separate email. Redeem that code at redeem.fcm.ea.com to get an FC Mobile Reward Bundle in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, containing 100x Rankup Tokens, 10,000 Coins, and a Team of the Season Player Item. Offer valid for U.S. residents only, only on qualifying Subway® purchases, and only while supplies last. Codes must be redeemed by June 30, 2026.
Who is eligible to participate?
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Both Subway® Rewards loyalty members and non-loyalty guests are eligible. A Subway® Rewards account is NOT required to participate.
Where can I participate?
The Promotion is available exclusively on the Subway® mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Subway® website (subway.com). It is NOT available at in-store kiosks, at the register, or through any other in-store ordering method.
Qualifying Purchases & Game Codes
What counts as a qualifying purchase?
Any order placed on the Subway® app or website with a total greater than $0.00 qualifies — including subs, cookies, drinks, and any other menu item. There is no minimum order amount beyond $0.00.
How many game codes can I receive?
Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) game code redemptions, regardless of the number of separate qualifying orders placed. One (1) game code is issued per order.
Will my game code appear in the app, on the website, or on my receipt?
No. Your unique game code will not appear in the Subway® app, on the website, or on your order receipt. It will be delivered in a separate transactional email after your order is successfully placed. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
Getting Your Code
Do I need to opt-in or consent to receive a game code?
No separate opt-in, consent button, or checkbox is required. Simply add the $0.00 game code item to your cart with any other item from the Subway® menu and complete your order. By placing your order, you consent only to receiving a transactional email containing your game code. No marketing opt-in is required.
Will the game code be in my order confirmation email?
No. Your game code will not appear in your standard Subway® order confirmation email. It will arrive in a separate, dedicated transactional email after your order is placed. Please allow some time for delivery and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
3. Product Availability
What’s included in the FC Mobile Reward Bundle?
Each game code grants the following in-game content in EA SPORTS FC Mobile:
- 100x Rankup Tokens
- 10,000 Coins
- 1x Team of the Season Player Item
When will the Reward Bundle appear in my FC Mobile account?
After successful code redemption at redeem.fcm.ea.com, your Reward Bundle will be delivered to your EA SPORTS FC Mobile in-game inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for the items to appear. In-game content is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged. Codes must be redeemed by June 30, 2026. Limit three (3) code redemptions per guest.
Redeeming Your Code
How do I redeem my game code?
Follow these steps:
- Check your inbox for a separate email from Subway® containing your unique code.
- Go to redeem.fcm.ea.com on a web or mobile browser.
- Log in with the EA Account linked to your EA SPORTS FC Mobile game.
- Enter your code and confirm redemption.
- Check your in-game inbox — allow up to 24 hours for your Bundle to appear.
When is the deadline to redeem my code?
All codes must be redeemed by June 30, 2026. Codes cannot be redeemed after this date under any circumstances. This Promotion is available while supplies last — 1,000,000 total codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit three (3) code redemptions per guest.
Do I need an EA Account to redeem my code?
Yes. An EA Account linked to your EA SPORTS FC Mobile game is required to redeem a code and receive the Reward Bundle. If you don’t have an EA Account, Participants can visit www.ea.com and create an EA Account (if they do not have one already) by following the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en/eadp_check/signup/ or you may create one within the EA SPORTS FC Mobile game before redeeming. EA Account registration requires agreement to EA’s User Agreement and acknowledgement that EA’s Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to your use of EA’s services.
My code isn’t working — what should I do?
Please check the following: (1) Ensure the code is entered exactly as shown in your email, with no typos. (2) Confirm you are signed in with the EA Account linked to your FC Mobile game. (3) Verify the code has not expired — all codes must be redeemed by June 30, 2026. (4) Each code is single-use only and cannot be redeemed more than once.
