1. Promotion Overview

The Subway® × EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust Ltd. (“Subway”). During the Promotion Period and while supplies last, eligible customers who place a qualifying purchase through the Subway® app or website will receive a unique single-use game code redeemable for an EA SPORTS FC Mobile Reward Bundle (“Reward Bundle”) in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. beyond the license granted for the FC Mobile Reward Bundle. EA Account required to redeem codes. EA’s standard terms of service apply to in-game content.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 15, 2026 and runs until June 15, 2026 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. A total of 1,000,000 (one million) game codes are available.

  • Code availability ends when all 1,000,000 codes have been distributed, or June 15, 2026 whichever comes first.
  • All game codes must be redeemed at ea.com/redeem no later than June 30, 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”). Codes cannot be redeemed after this date under any circumstances.
  • Subway reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligible Platforms

The Promotion is available exclusively through the following digital channels:Code availability ends when all 1,000,000 codes have been distributed, or June 15, 2026 whichever comes first.

  • Subway® Mobile App (iOS and Android)
  • Subway® Website (subway.com)

This Promotion is NOT available at in-store kiosks, at the register, or through any other in-store ordering method. Customers must place their order digitally to be eligible.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents age 18 or older of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only. Participants must have access to the Subway® app or website in the U.S. Eligible participants include:

  • Subway® Sub Club loyalty members, and
  • Non-loyalty customers (guests without a Subway® Sub Club account).

A Subway® Rewards account is NOT required to participate or receive a game code. This Promotion is NOT open to residents outside of the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

5. Qualifying Purchase

A “Qualifying Purchase” is any order placed on the Subway® app or website with a subtotal greater than $0.00. Eligible items include, but are not limited to:

  • Footlong or 6-inch subs
  • Wraps or salads
  • Cookies, chips, or sides
  • Drinks
  • Any other menu item sold on the Subway® app or website

There is no minimum order value beyond $0.00. Customers may add the game code item ($0.00) to their cart as their sole item and place an order; however, a game code will only be issued upon successful completion of a valid order.

The game code is available as a $0.00 item in the Subway® menu. You must add it to your cart. Only one (1) game code will be issued per order regardless of the quantity of game code items added to the cart. Orders that contain only a game code item(s) will not qualify to receive a game code.

6. Game Code Distribution

6.1 One Code Per Order

Each eligible order will receive one (1) unique game code, regardless of the number of items purchased or the order value.

6.2 Code Display

Game codes will NOT be displayed in the Subway® app, on the website checkout page, or on the order receipt. Codes are delivered exclusively via a separate transactional email sent to the customer’s email address on file after the order is successfully placed.

6.3 Cart Behavior

Customers must add the game code as a $0.00 item to their cart and may add multiple quantities. However, regardless of the quantity added or displayed in the cart or on the order summary:

  • Only one (1) game code will be issued per order.
  • Multiple quantities appearing in the cart or on the order confirmation reflect menu item quantities only and do not result in additional codes.

6.4 Code Supply Limit

Subway® has 1,000,000 (one million) total game codes available for this Promotion. Once all codes have been distributed, the Promotion will end regardless of the remaining calendar period. Codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

6.5 Maximum Codes Per Customer

Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) game codes for the duration of this Promotion, regardless of the number of separate qualifying orders placed. Codes received beyond this limit will be considered void and may not be redeemable. Subway® reserves the right to revoke any codes issued in excess of the per-customer limit.

7. Guest Consent & Opt-In

There is no separate consent button, opt-in checkbox, or marketing permission required to receive a game code. The game code is made available as a $0.00 item on the Subway® app and website menu. By adding the game code item to their cart and completing a Qualifying Purchase, the customer consents to:

  • Receiving a transactional email from Subway® containing their unique game code.

Customers will NOT be asked to consent to any marketing communications, newsletters, or third-party contact beyond the transactional code delivery email described above. The game code delivery email is separate from the standard order confirmation email.

8. FC Mobile Reward Bundle Contents

Each game code, when successfully redeemed, grants the following in-game content in EA SPORTS FC Mobile (the “Reward Bundle”):

  • 100x Rankup Tokens
  • 10,000 Coins
  • 1x Team of the Season Player Item

All Reward Bundle contents are delivered directly to the customer’s EA SPORTS FC Mobile in-game inbox following successful code redemption. Allow up to 24 hours for rewards to appear after redemption. In-game content is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.

EA SPORTS FC Mobile includes optional in-game purchases (includes random items)

The specific in-game items included in the Reward Bundle are subject to availability and may be modified by EA at any time. Subway® is not responsible for changes to in-game content made by Electronic Arts Inc.

9. Code Redemption Process

To redeem a game code, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Check your email inbox for a separate transactional email from Subway® containing your unique game code.
  2. Navigate to redeem.fcm.ea.com on a web or mobile browser.
  3. Log in with your EA Account that is linked to your EA SPORTS FC Mobile game. Participants can visit www.ea.com and create an EA Account (if they do not have one already) by following the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en/eadp_check/signup/ or you may create one within the EA SPORTS FC Mobile game. EA Account registration requires agreement to EA’s User Agreement and acknowledgement that EA’s Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to your use of EA’s services.
  4. Enter your unique game code and confirm redemption.
  5. Check your in-game inbox for your Reward Bundle. Allow up to 24 hours for the items to appear.

Each game code is single-use only. Code expires June 30, 2026. Once redeemed, a code cannot be used again. Codes cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Codes are void if copied, transferred, purchased, bartered, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

10. General Conditions

  • This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  • Subway® reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the ordering process, to be acting in a disruptive manner, or to be acting with the intent to abuse, threaten, or harass any person.
  • Subway® is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable emails; for any computer, telephone, satellite, network, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or errors that may occur; for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion.
  • Subway® is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of a Reward Bundle.
  • By participating, customers agree to release and hold harmless Subway®, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
  • Subway’s decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding.
  • In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any other communication relating to this Promotion, these Terms shall control.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion (including email address used to deliver the game code) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering the transactional code email. Subway’s Privacy Policy, available at subway.com/privacypolicy, governs the collection and use of personal information. EA’s Privacy Policy governs personal information collected upon code redemption at redeem.fcm.ea.com .

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SUBWAY®, ITS AFFILIATES (including, but not limited to, Franchise World Headquarters, LLC, Doctor’s Associates LLC, Subway US IP Holder LLC, Subway® Restaurants, and Subway® Franchisees), OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR INABILITY TO USE IN-GAME REWARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUBWAY® WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
